QUALITY & SAFETY POLICY NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. is a shipping company specialised in the safe, reliable and efficient marine transportation of bulk cargoes, containers, general cargoes and passengers. NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. intends to be recognised among the marine industry for her enduring commitment to be the highest standards of quality services and integrity in the operation of her ships and in her relationships with her customers. NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. is committed to meet the needs and, to the extent possible, the expectations of her clients. This will be achieved through our commitment to quality, the execution and the maintenance of effective management system. NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. also recognises the importance of employing competent personnel at all levels in her management operations, also ensure the continuous improvement of the quality / safety management skills for shore-based and sea staff. NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. shall ensure compliance with the applicable rules, regulations, codes, standards and statutory requirements. NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. management recognises that the marine transportation industry is an inherently dangerous business; however we firmly believe that a safe, injury free workplace, is an achievable goal. NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. management is committed to the safety of all crewmembers who sail onboard the company’s ships and to the safe operation of her ships. Safety of the human life comes first onboard the company’s ships. NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. personnel, whether ashore supporting ships, or at sea working onboard, shall actively work to improve safety, to prevent unsafe acts, personal injury and damage to property & the environment. NATIONAL NAVIGATION CO. is committed to comply with the requirements and continually improve her quality / safety management system. The quality / safety management system provides all means for establishing quality and safety objectives. The Company appointed a management representative (QMR) , who shall report to top management on the performance of the system and the needs for improvement. سياسة السلامة و الجودة - إن شركة الملاحة الوطنية هي شركة ملاحية لتملك و تشغيل السفن و متخصصة في نقل البضائع الصب و البضائع العامة و الحاويات و الركاب بكفاءة و أمان. - تهدف شركة الملاحة الوطنية إلى التميز في الأوساط الملاحية من خلال التزامها بتقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية في مجال تشغيل سفنها ، و تتسم الشركة في علاقاتها مع عملائها بالجدية و الالتزام. - تتعهد شركة الملاحة الوطنية بتلبية احتياجات عملائها و يتحقق ذلك من خلال التنفيذ الدقيق لنظام جودة الإدارة و الالتزام بمتطلباته. - و تقدر شركة الملاحة الوطنية أهمية استخدام العمالة الكفء المؤهلة على كافة المستويات و تؤكد الشركة على أهمية استمرار تحسين مهارة الجودة و السلامة للعاملين بالبر و البحر. - كما تؤكد شركة الملاحة الوطنية على أهمية تطبيق كافة القواعد و التعليمات و المنظومات و التشريعات الدولية المعمول بها في مجال النقل البحري. - تدرك إدارة شركة الملاحة الوطنية أن نشاط النقل البحري من الأنشطة الخطرة ، لهذا فهي تؤمن بأن السلامة و منع الإصابات في أماكن العمل هو هدف ضروري يلزم تحقيقه. - تلتزم إدارة شركة الملاحة الوطنية بالتشغيل الآمن لسفنها و سلامة الأطقم العاملة عليها و يأتي ذلك على رأس أولويات الشركة و اهتمامها. - يلتزم العاملون بشركة الملاحة الوطنية بالبر و البحر بالعمل على تدعيم و تحسين إجراءات السلامة للحفاظ على البيئة و لمنع حدوث أية إصابة سواء للسفن أو الأطقم العاملة عليها. - تلتزم شركة الملاحة الوطنية بتطبيق و تحسين متطلبات نظام إدارة السلامة و الجودة الذي يوفر كافة السبل لتحقيق كافة أهداف السلامة و الجودة . هذا و قد تم تعيين مسئول عن النظام QMR و الذي سيقوم بعرض تقارير أداء النظام و متطلبات تطويره على الإدارة العليا. - يسير تطبيق هذه السياسات على كافة المستويات بالشركة. رئيس مجلس الإدارة و العضو المنتدب محمد شوقي يونس
