Realizing that the efficiency of any company is based on the efficiency of its staff and that quality can surly represent a better acceptance of the company in the international market, National Navigation Company began at the end of 2001 to develop the Quality and Safety Management System complying with the requirement of IMO International Safety management code referred to as ISM code and also the of ISO 9001-2000.
National Navigation Company was the leading shipping company granted the ISM and ISO 9001-2000 certificates by Lloyds Register of Shipping in January 2003.
The Quality Management Representative is responsible for the effectiveness of the Quality /Safety Management System. He is the company’s management representative for all quality policy matters.
